Fabulously Attractive
The greatest observations usually do not seem remarkable, because the truth rarely makes a display of its exceptional nature. It is the fabulous that attracts attention.
You don't think Newton's otherwise unremarkable discovery of the truth was exceptional? Or quantum physics? Medicine? Simple truths are rather remarkable, in my mind.
I believe you are agreeing with me, but I am not sure. I am defending the remarkable nature of simple truth in the face of those who prefer and promote the glamorous and titillating fantasy of untruth.
